The Human Resources Department of the Government of Fujairah organized a specialized training program titled “Strategic Recruitment and Emiratization Management” on 13 April 2026, continuing through 14 April 2026. The program forms part of the Training and Development Section’s initiatives aimed at enhancing institutional performance and strengthening professional competencies.

The training targeted human resources professionals and recruitment officers, focusing on enabling participants to understand the strategic dimensions of Emiratization and align them with organizational objectives. It also sought to enhance their capabilities in designing comprehensive Emiratization policies that are fully aligned with approved regulations and frameworks.

The program further aimed to strengthen participants’ skills in workforce planning and future workforce needs analysis, while equipping them with effective tools and methodologies for attracting and recruiting qualified national talent. In addition, it focused on developing participants’ abilities to measure the impact of Emiratization initiatives and manage associated human capital risks.

The training agenda covered a range of specialized topics, including the strategic framework for recruitment and Emiratization, workforce planning and its integration with recruitment decisions, strategic recruitment management, Emiratization strategies and their relationship with recruitment systems, professional recruitment practices, automation and digital transformation in recruitment and Emiratization processes, as well as institutional performance measurement, risk management, and talent development.

This training program reflects the Department’s commitment to investing in human capital and enhancing the readiness of national talents to meet the evolving demands of the labor market, thereby contributing to sustainable development and excellence in government performance.
